Messages may include account and lease notices, payment reminders, maintenance and service-request updates, community news, urgent notifications, events, showing or application communications, and other property-management information.

2 Consent to Receive Messages

By providing your mobile telephone number and affirmatively opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Louisburg Estate LLC at the number provided. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing a home, renting a lot, or receiving property-management services.

3 Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency will vary based on your relationship with Louisburg Estate LLC and the communications needed. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier and service plan.
